HOW DO WE MEET FOR

COACHING SESSIONS?

You need a sincere desire to change your life and we will help you to do just that. If you’re not ready to change, then Recovery Coaching is not for you. But, if you are truly prepared to break the chain, there is no simpler or faster way to do it than with a trained Recovery Coach.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Do you suffer from anxiety, relationship problems, or a general feeling of emptiness?

Try as you might, are you unable to quit alcohol, drugs, or another type of addiction? Or you have managed to stop, but feel stuck in a rut and not sure where to turn?

• We listen. Listening might not sound like much, but it’s one of the most important things we do. We listen without judgment to the things you say and to the things you don’t. We listen to your passions, your interests, and the challenges you face. We listen to you.
• We work together with you, as a team, to identify and explore your greatest strengths, skills and dreams.
• We help you remove obstacles that stand between you and your goals.
• We work with you to form a plan of action designed to help you achieve your goals, and we do it in a way that works best for you.
• We don’t focus on your past – unlike counseling, which spends months or years reviewing the past, addiction recovery coaching is all about today, tomorrow, and building the future you deserve.
• We help you to clearly identify the things you want in life and form a strategy to help you get there.
• We offer accountability to our clients. We help you plot your own course, guide you through it, and empower you to live a happy and fulfilling life.
• We help you to rebuild relationships with your family, friends and loved ones.

DOES THIS SOUND

FAMILIAR?

If you feel there must be a better way to overcome anxiety, depression, addiction and other problems than prescription drugs, you’re not alone. Having been an addict for more than 20 years, I understand how you feel. There are no words to describe the emptiness, silent fear and anxiety we live with every single day. There are not enough anti-depressants or other prescription medications on the planet to cure that kind of pain.

As a former addict and trained Recovery Coach, I can teach you how to re-connect with yourself and the world around you using both strengths-based, problem solving recovery coaching methods, along with teaching you how to connect using a spiritual approach. This combination provides you with a healthy, highly effective alternative to prescription drugs and offers an all natural, chemical free solution to recovery. These combined methods go straight to the heart of the solution.

Anxiety, depression, co-dependency, addictions of all kinds, and many other issues are best described as symptoms of spiritual dis-ease. With very few exceptions, these disorders are not biological in nature, but result from unresolved experiences of the past, such as emotional or physical abuse or trauma. Anti-depressants and other medications are often prescribed to treat the symptoms of spiritual dis-ease, but do nothing to cure the source of the problem.

We start with a free consultation, which runs about half an hour. The free consultation is a way for us to get to know one another before we begin live coaching sessions. If we decide to work together, we’ll meet for 40 - 60 minutes, one day per week.  Most sessions are held over the phone, but can also be done using video chat or instant messenger, depending on your personal preference. Unlimited e-mail communication is included between sessions. The beauty of electronic coaching is that it can be done from the comfort of your home, office, or even on the road. All that’s required is a quiet spot and a telephone or Internet connection, which can be wired or wireless. Thanks to the latest advances in technology, meeting for sessions has never been easier.

All packages include one free consultation, assessment and other client forms, weekly step-based action plans, follow-up summaries after each session, and unlimited e-mail correspondence between sessions. Each session lasts from 40 minutes to one hour in length.
